Returns & Refunds Policy
At Gunner’s Blend we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us. If something isn’t right we’re happy to offer a refund from our Online Returns.
Returns by post – take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Return Postage payable by the sender.
Gunner’s Blend Returns Address:
For return, simply follow the steps below
- Email email@example.com and advise us that you are returning the item(s) and reason for return. We will email back with a Return Authorisation Number.
- Package your item(s) into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging.
- Post your parcel back to us, by taking it to your local post office using a trackable service. Please ensure to write your Return Authorisation Number on the package.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and for your account to be credited
Please ensure to obtain proof of postage and email firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of sending. You should use a trackable service. We will notify you when we receive your parcel.
Gunner’s Blend is happy to provide a full refund or credit note for all orders purchased online, exchanges are also possible however, the customer is liable for additional postage costs.
– you present the tax invoice sent with your goods as proof of purchase;
– the item has not been used and is in original packaging.
Please note that all purchases made with card including debit card, wanting a refund can only be refunded on to the original card of purchase. PayPal refunds will only be refunded into the account which made the purchase.
For Health reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been used. All items returned must be in original condition.
